I love the main idea of 2 types of buildings and two levels. Also the lighting and materials are nice. However, the scale... how many people is this for? The terrace could be for a whole crowd? Also this blue colour for the pool in the drawings hurts....

I really like the cassette slab in a project with a lot of diagonals. Having said that I would have configured the space in a more optimal way. I don't know to what extent that was possible because of the change of use. Overall, I like it.

I have always admired this house and the architect creative utilization of materials which are often discarded and require huge amounts of energy to be initially created. The simplicity of design and creativity is evident from the walls floors, furniture, kitchen cabinets and etc. I admire a project in which the budgetary constraints create something beautiful. I know, majority of project have budgetary constraints but not as much as others. Kudos to the architect and his brother. Lovely design.

I love the model. It allows you to see some strange encounters that occur in the project. The intention to create something special with all those curves is admirable, but the plot is too small and the building ends up eating most of it. For my personal taste there is too much concrete and too little vegetation.

The drawings are gorgeous. It's a good thing the historic building was not demolished, because it is a jewel. Good that the architects and builders are minimalist, because this way the new building blends in without standing out too much. However, the spaces created seem to me in general to be too sterile and almost lifeless. I personally don't like that. As always, when the client has too much money, they go overboard. Which of the dining rooms will they end up eating in? It's better to have one impressive dining room than three incomplete ones.
